the crippling lag - Guild Wars Forums

Okay since Dragon Fest has ened ive had lagg ecpecially on my monk in all areas of the game, i cant walk 10m without rubberbanding/freezing. Tried everything and its not my connection as all other games run as normal. Does anyone have any idea how i can stop this lag?

Try defragmenting or do the -image trick so you don't have stuff downloading while you play. Tone down your graphics if your FPS sucks. And if none of that works send info to Anet and maybe they'll help.

Are you on Euro or American servers? Euro servers have disgusting lag at the mo, like you said, rubber banding, lag spikes that last up to 20 seconds and incredibly long chat lag (90 secs +).

Submit a dxdiag report to support (start, run, dxdiag) run the tests and 'Save all information'. Attach that to the support mail.

THIS IS SO LAGGY WTF!!!!!, i cant even put spells into the spell bar!! this is horrific!!!

American servers changing to int doesnt help
